Core Technology
The science and engineering behind our precision cutting solutions.
SKS-51 Substrate
Chosen for dimensional stability and resistance to mechanical fatigue, the SKS-51 substrate forms the backbone of our heavy-duty offerings where edge retention and flatness are priorities.
Mitsubishi NR800 Cermet Tips
NR800 cermet tips combine ceramic and metallic properties that preserve edge integrity while producing a refined surface finish when paired with appropriate geometries.
TiSi Nano-Coating
TiSi provides anti-adhesion performance and reduces transfer on stainless workpieces, assisting chip flow and preventing discoloration during cutting.
AlCrN Nano-Coating
AlCrN offers thermal and diffusion resistance for high-temperature cutting environments such as titanium and nickel-based superalloys.
Geometry & Gullet Design
Hook angle, gullet volume and polishing are critical. High-hook geometries and polished gullets are recommended for non-ferrous work to avoid gumming; stiffer tooth forms and robust substrates are preferred for hardened steels and superalloys.
Application Engineering
Our engineering team pairs material, coating and geometry to balance surface finish, thermal behaviour and chip control — delivering consistent performance across production environments.
